Settings overview
The hub for org configuration — team, permissions, integrations, fields, pipelines, automations, and more.
Reviewed AdminVertiqa 1.54+
The settings hub is the entry point for everything that configures how your organization uses Vertiqa. The page is a grid of cards, each linking to a specific area.
What's here
- Access — team members, teams, permissions, visibility, and the AI provider choice.
- Integrations — email accounts, WhatsApp, calendar, Google Classroom.
- Data model — custom fields, tags, pipelines, views.
- AI — goals, voice agent, AI config assistant.
- Process — automations, workflows.
- Customer-facing — conversion pages, business cards.
- Personal preferences — appearance, notifications.
- Operational — transfers, UI configuration.
How to navigate
Click any card to enter the corresponding settings area. Each section has its own help; the contextual help drawer on each settings page points to the right article.
Tips
- Most settings sections are admin-only. If a card is missing or a page denies you access, your role doesn't include it.
- Org-wide settings (custom fields, pipelines, permissions) affect every user. Personal preferences (appearance, notifications) affect only you.
Configuring Vertiqa for a client
