My profile

Your name, contact details, avatar, and personal locale preferences — applied to your account.

The My Profile page holds your personal details and how times and dates are shown to you. Find it under Settings → My Profile at /settings/profile. Everything here applies to your own account — it doesn't change anything for the rest of your organization.

What you can edit

Identity

  • First name and Last name — editable.
  • Avatar URL — a direct link to a square image. If you leave it blank, Vertiqa falls back to your initials.
  • Email and Full name are shown but read-only. Your email is your sign-in address, managed by your identity provider; your full name is derived from your first and last name.

Contact

  • Phone and Mobile — editable.

Locale

  • Timezone — an IANA timezone, used to show times in your local zone.
  • Language — a 2-letter code (e.g. en, es, fr).
  • Date format — MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD.
  • Time format — 12-hour (1:30 PM) or 24-hour (13:30).

Make your changes and click Save.

Tips

  • Set your Timezone first. Meeting times, due dates, and timestamps across the app are shown in it.
  • Your Email can't be changed here because it's your login identity — manage it through your identity provider.
  • A real Avatar URL helps teammates pick you out in assignee and watcher lists; initials work fine if you'd rather not host an image.
