Organization profile
Set your organization's identity, logo, contact details, address, and locale — the branding that public pages and documents carry.

Settings → Organization holds your organization's profile — the identity, branding, and contact details the rest of the product draws from. It's admin/owner only.
What lives here
- Identity — display name (shown on the dashboard, emails, and proposals), legal name, trade name, and a one-paragraph description agents use to anchor copy.
- Branding — your Logo and primary accent color. The logo appears on customer-facing surfaces such as the public booking page; until one is set, those surfaces show an initials monogram instead.
- Contact — website, the phone number customers call, reply-to and billing email addresses.
- Business address — shown alongside your branding on public booking pages and used on documents.
- Locale — country, IANA timezone (drives scheduling, reporting, and SLA clocks), and default currency for estimates and invoices.
- Tax & legal — tax ID and license number, shown on invoices when present.
- System — read-only tenant facts (your tenant URL, vertical, and plan); changing these goes through support or billing.
Where this shows up
Filling in this page pays off across the product: booking pages carry your logo and address, invoices and estimates use your legal and tax details, outbound email signatures use your phone, and agents write copy against your description. If a public surface looks generic, this page is usually the fix.
