The permissions page is the role-based access matrix. For each role, you can toggle individual permissions on and off. Owner and admin can see this page; other roles can't.
Layout
- Role selector — pick the role you want to edit.
- Permission categories — collapsible groups (CRM, PM, Settings, Integrations, etc.) so the matrix doesn't become a wall of toggles.
- Per-permission toggle — switch on or off for the selected role.
Common tasks
- Tighten a role that's been over-granted (e.g. take settings write permissions off Operator).
- Open a role that's been over-restricted — find the specific permission, flip it on.
- Reset overrides to return a role to defaults if you've drifted.
Tips
- Don't grant permissions just to make today's task work — grant the minimum necessary. It's much harder to take permissions back than to add them later.
- The two roles to watch closely: Owner (which has everything by design) and any custom role you've heavily edited.
