Can I bring my data from another CRM?

Yes. The CRM Import Center takes a CSV export from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or any spreadsheet — accounts, contacts, notes, and custom fields in one pass. It’s duplicate-safe (existing records are matched and skipped, so you can re-run a file), and every import is tagged and logged row by row. Honest limit: leads and opportunities aren’t imported yet — those you rebuild on the board.

What’s the difference between a lead and an opportunity?

A lead is a deal in qualification; an opportunity is a deal that has qualified through. When you convert a lead you confirm the amount, expected close date, and next step — and it stays the same record, so the whole history carries over. Nothing is retyped, nothing is lost.

Does the CRM cost extra?

No. The CRM is included in the one Vertiqa plan — $22/user/mo at launch pricing ($29 list) — along with scheduling, projects, quoting and invoicing, the AI Assistant, and everything else. There are no feature tiers.

Can my clients see any of this?

Only what you choose to share through the client portal — a branded space where clients fill out forms and submit documents. Portal access is invitation-based per contact, and you can suspend or remove access at any time. Your pipelines, forecasts, and internal notes are never exposed.
