Contacts, accounts, pipelines, and every interaction on one living timeline. Built for service businesses where the relationship is the product — and where one dropped detail costs more than a year of software.

Three simple record types anchor everything: the account (the company), its contacts (the people), and its locations (the sites). Deals, activities, documents, and portal access all hang off the same account — so nobody re-asks a question the business already answered.
Leads qualify on one kanban; opportunities close on another. Cards carry the deal name, dollar value, account, and stage; converting a lead keeps the same record so the whole history carries over. Signals flag what needs eyes: At Risk, Renewal Due, Annual Review.
Calls with recordings and transcripts, emails with opens and replies, meetings, tasks, notes, WhatsApp and SMS — all on the record they belong to, and all in one cross-CRM activities feed for daily triage.
Every inbound message — email, conversion-page submission, voice call, voice note, DM — lands in one triage surface before anyone decides what it is. Qualify it, convert it to a lead, or route it out, without losing the thread.
A pipeline-weighted revenue projection from your open opportunities, grouped by close-date period and by owner. Five tiles tell the story: Pipeline, Best case, Weighted, Commit, and Won.
Forecast is v1 — quotas and commit-scoring tuning aren’t available yet, and it’s only as good as your close dates and probabilities.
Bring accounts, contacts, notes, and custom fields in from a CSV in one pass — with source presets for the tools people actually leave. Duplicate-safe matching means you can re-run a file without creating a mess.
Leads and opportunities aren’t imported yet — the Import Center covers accounts, contacts, notes, and custom fields.
Yes. The CRM Import Center takes a CSV export from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or any spreadsheet — accounts, contacts, notes, and custom fields in one pass. It’s duplicate-safe (existing records are matched and skipped, so you can re-run a file), and every import is tagged and logged row by row. Honest limit: leads and opportunities aren’t imported yet — those you rebuild on the board.
A lead is a deal in qualification; an opportunity is a deal that has qualified through. When you convert a lead you confirm the amount, expected close date, and next step — and it stays the same record, so the whole history carries over. Nothing is retyped, nothing is lost.
No. The CRM is included in the one Vertiqa plan — $22/user/mo at launch pricing ($29 list) — along with scheduling, projects, quoting and invoicing, the AI Assistant, and everything else. There are no feature tiers.
Only what you choose to share through the client portal — a branded space where clients fill out forms and submit documents. Portal access is invitation-based per contact, and you can suspend or remove access at any time. Your pipelines, forecasts, and internal notes are never exposed.
Every claim on this page is documented in the help center.
