Activities overview

Triage the cross-CRM activity feed — calls, emails, meetings, tasks, notes, WhatsApp, and SMS.

The activities page is a work queue over every recorded touch across your accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities. It leads with the numbers that decide your next hour — what's overdue, what's due today, what just came in — and those numbers are the filters that produce the list below them. The feed groups by day, so "3 days ago" is visible rather than inferred.

Activity types

  • Calls — inbound and outbound, with optional recordings and transcripts.
  • Emails — sends, replies, opens.
  • Meetings — scheduled or recorded meetings.
  • Tasks — assigned to-dos with due dates.
  • Notes — free-text context attached to a record.
  • WhatsApp and SMS — messaging conversations.

What you can do here

  • Filter by due window — Any, Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, or Due now. This is the axis the summary tiles drive.
  • Filter by channel using the rail — calls, emails, meetings, tasks, notes, WhatsApp, SMS.
  • Filter by record type — All records, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, or Opportunities.
  • Filter by status — All, Pending, Completed, or Cancelled.
  • Mark a pending task complete inline from its row.
  • Open an activity to see the full detail (read the email, listen to the call, view the transcript).
  • Refresh to pull a fresh window, and reset all filters in one click.

New activities are logged from the record they belong to — open the account, contact, lead, or opportunity and add the call, task, or note there. This page is for working the queue, not for creating entries.

About the numbers

The page loads one window of up to 100 recent activities and filters it in your browser. The tiles and counts therefore describe that window, not your whole organization — the footer says so explicitly. Treat "Overdue: 7" as "7 in what's loaded," not an org-wide total.

Tip

Use this page as your morning triage view: set the due filter to Overdue, clear what's there, then move to Today — before opening any individual record.
