Returning visitors

Returning visitors

See when a company with an open deal comes back to your booking pages, digital cards or forms, and, for admins, every page view Vertiqa captured.

Returning Visitors tells you when a buyer on a live deal comes back to look at you again, which is often a good moment to follow up. Open Returning Visitors from the main navigation, or the eye icon in Simple mode (route /visitor-intent).

What it shows

Each entry is a company that:

  • visited one of your Vertiqa-hosted pages in the last 7 days (a booking page, a digital business card, or a landing or qualification form),
  • was recognized as a company already in your CRM and crossed the interest threshold for that visit, and
  • has an open opportunity.

Companies without an open deal don't appear here. Each entry says why it matters and what the visit was; select it to open the company's account, where its open deal is.

"No returning-buyer signals yet." means no company with an open deal has come back recently.

All captured visitors (owners and admins)

People with the Manage connectors permission (owners and admins by default) also see an All captured visitors switch. It lists every page view captured on your hosted pages, before any company is recognized: when it happened, the page, the referrer, the browser and an anonymous visitor ID. Without that permission the switch isn't shown.

When capture is on

Page views are only captured once visitor capture has been turned on for your organization. Until then, both views stay empty. Ask your Vertiqa contact if you'd like it turned on.

Some visits are never matched to a company:

  • Visits from the EU and EEA are kept anonymous.
  • Organizations in healthcare verticals can't use visitor capture at all.
