The business cards page is where you manage every digital business card in your workspace. Each tile is a card; the controls let you create, toggle on or off, or delete.
What you can do here
- Create a new card with the new-card button. Optional templates speed up the common case.
- Toggle active / inactive. Inactive cards remain in the list but stop being shared (links and email signatures using them stop rendering).
- Delete a card you no longer need.
What's on each tile
- A thumbnail preview of the card.
- The card's status (active or inactive).
- Quick actions to edit, toggle, or delete.
Tips
- Toggle off rather than deleting when someone leaves — you keep the history and any links that were shared continue to resolve to a graceful "no longer active" state.
- One card per role per person tends to be enough. Multiple variants for the same person fragment your brand.
