Opportunities pipeline

Work the opportunities kanban — drag stages, filter for at-risk and renewals, and track what's pending review.

The opportunities page is the kanban for deals that have qualified past the lead stage. Each card is one opportunity; columns are the stages of your sales process.

What you can do here

  • Drag cards between stages to advance or roll back. Stage changes appear on the opportunity's activity timeline.
  • Filter the board:
    • All — every active opportunity.
    • At-risk — opportunities that need attention.
    • Renewals — renewal-cycle opportunities.
    • Reviews — opportunities awaiting an internal review.
    • Pending — opportunities pending external action.
  • Switch to list view for bulk scanning, sorting, or export.
  • Create an opportunity from the new-opportunity button.

What's on a card

  • Deal name and dollar value.
  • Linked account and primary contact.
  • Stage badge.

Tips

  • Use the at-risk filter as your morning triage list rather than scanning every column.
  • Don't let renewals drift into general pipeline — keep them in the Renewals filter so forecasting reflects them correctly.
