Booking links

Create shareable links so customers can self-book a meeting on your calendar.

A booking link is a shareable URL that lets someone outside your organization pick a time to meet with you, without needing back-and-forth email. The page where they actually book is /book/{token}, and bookings land on your meetings list automatically.

What you can do here

  • Create a booking link with a name, event type, optional expiration, and optional booking cap (e.g. "first 5 bookings, then auto-close").
  • Copy the link to clipboard with one click.
  • Generate a tracked QR code for the link so scans route through l.vertiqa.io/r/{code} before redirecting to the booking page.
  • Open the link to see what your prospect will see.
  • Revoke an active link — bookings already on the calendar stay; new ones can no longer be made.
  • Delete links that are no longer needed.

What's on each card

  • Link name and active/inactive status.
  • Event type used for the link.
  • Expiration date (if set).
  • Bookings used vs the cap (if set).
  • Quick actions for copy, tracked QR, revoke, and delete.

Event type selection

Every booking link needs an event type. The event type controls the meeting duration, buffers, location, and video defaults used on the public booking page.

If you have a default event type, Vertiqa preselects it when you create a new booking link. You can switch to a different event type before saving.

Tips

  • Use distinct names for distinct purposes (e.g. "Demo — Q2 outbound" vs "Renewal review"). Reporting can then attribute bookings cleanly.
  • Set a cap for time-boxed campaigns so you can't be over-booked past your bandwidth.
  • Revoke rather than delete when a link served its purpose — that keeps the historical bookings auditable.
