A booking link is a shareable URL that lets someone outside your
organization pick a time to meet with you, without needing back-and-forth
email. The page where they actually book is /book/{token}, and bookings
land on your meetings list automatically.
What you can do here
- Create a booking link with a name, optional expiration, and optional booking cap (e.g. "first 5 bookings, then auto-close").
- Copy the link to clipboard with one click.
- Open the link to see what your prospect will see.
- Revoke an active link — bookings already on the calendar stay; new ones can no longer be made.
- Delete links that are no longer needed.
What's on each card
- Link name and active/inactive status.
- Expiration date (if set).
- Bookings used vs the cap (if set).
- An action menu for copy, revoke, and delete.
Tips
- Use distinct names for distinct purposes (e.g. "Demo — Q2 outbound" vs "Renewal review"). Reporting can then attribute bookings cleanly.
- Set a cap for time-boxed campaigns so you can't be over-booked past your bandwidth.
- Revoke rather than delete when a link served its purpose — that keeps the historical bookings auditable.
