Invoices overview

Browse, search, and create invoices — from draft through paid, partial, overdue, or void.

The invoices page is the master list of every invoice in your workspace. Use it to send, track payment, and reconcile.

What you can do here

  • Search and filter the list by status, contact, account, or date range.
  • Configure columns so the fields your team works with are visible.
  • Create an invoice with line items, tax, and payment terms.
  • Open an invoice to send it, mark it paid, or void it.

Statuses

  • Draft — being prepared; not visible to the customer.
  • Sent — delivered to the contact, awaiting payment.
  • Partial — partially paid.
  • Paid — fully paid.
  • Overdue — past due date with balance remaining.
  • Void — cancelled and not collectible.

Permissions

Sending, voiding, and editing invoices each have their own permission gates. If a control is missing, your role doesn't have it — talk to an admin.

Tips

  • Don't leave invoices in draft for long. Drafts forgotten in this list are revenue you haven't billed.
  • Use void rather than deleting a sent invoice. Audit trail matters, especially for reporting and disputes.
