Sign up and create your organization

Step-by-step registration — create your account, verify your email, and set up your workspace.

This guide walks through creating a brand-new Vertiqa workspace from the sign-up page. The whole thing takes a few minutes; you'll create your login, verify your email, and name your workspace.

1. Create your account

The fastest way is Sign up with Google — it creates your account from your Google login and skips the email verification step below. Either way, accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy first.

Prefer email and password? Enter your details:

  • First and last name — yours, as the first member.
  • Work email — where your verification link and notifications go.
  • Password — at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Use the eye icon to double-check what you typed.

You'll name your organization in a moment — that happens during workspace setup, not here.

2. Verify your email

If you signed up with email and password, we send a verification link to the address you entered. Open it to confirm your account.

  • Don't see it? Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Still nothing? Use Resend verification email (there's a short cooldown between sends).
  • Wrong address? Go back and start again with the correct one.

Google sign-ups are already verified, so they skip this step.

3. Set up your workspace

After verifying, you create your organization:

  • Pick your organization name — what your workspace is called (e.g. Acme Inc.).
  • Pick your workspace address — the subdomain your team will use (for example acme becomes acme.vertiqa.io). We check availability as you type, so pick one that's free.
  • Click Create Organization.

New workspaces start on the flexible General setup — a CRM you shape to your own workflow.

4. (Optional) Launch a first conversion page

You may be offered a quick way to put your workspace to work — a conversion page to capture new leads, collect pre-visit details, request a review, or let AI decide the best one. Set one up now, or skip it and do this later. Either way, you land in your new workspace next.

Invited to an existing organization?

If a teammate sent you an invite link, the flow is shorter: you won't name an organization — you're joining theirs. Your email is filled in for you; just add your name and a password (or use Google), accept the terms, and you're in.
