Sign up and create your organization

Step-by-step registration — choose your industry, create your account, verify your email, and set up your workspace.

This guide walks through creating a brand-new Vertiqa workspace from the sign-up page. The whole thing takes a few minutes; you'll pick your industry, create your login, verify your email, and name your workspace.

1. Choose your industry

On the sign-up page, the first step is picking the kind of business you run. For a flexible CRM you shape to your own workflow, choose General / Other. (Industry-specific options, such as Life Insurance Agency, tailor the modules and labels for that vertical.)

Your choice sets your vertical pack — the starting set of modules and terminology. You're not locked in forever, but pick the closest fit.

2. Create your account

Next, enter your details:

  • Organization name — what your workspace is called (e.g. Acme Inc.).
  • First and last name — yours, as the first member.
  • Work email — where your verification link and notifications go.
  • Password — at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Prefer not to set a password? Use Sign up with Google instead — it creates your account from your Google login (and skips the email verification step below).

3. Verify your email

If you signed up with email and password, we send a verification link to the address you entered. Open it to confirm your account.

  • Don't see it? Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Still nothing? Use Resend verification email (there's a short cooldown between sends).
  • Wrong address? Go back and start again with the correct one.

Google sign-ups are already verified, so they skip this step.

4. Set up your workspace

After verifying, you finish creating your organization:

  • Confirm your organization name.
  • Pick your workspace address — the subdomain your team will use (for example acme becomes acme.vertiqa.io). We check availability as you type, so pick one that's free.
  • Confirm your industry if prompted.

Depending on how you signed up, some of these may already be filled in from step 2.

5. (Optional) Launch a first conversion page

You may be offered a quick way to put your workspace to work — a conversion page to capture new leads, collect pre-visit details, request a review, or let AI decide the best one. Set one up now, or skip it and do this later. Either way, you land in your new workspace next.

Invited to an existing organization?

If a teammate sent you an invite link, the flow is shorter: you won't choose an industry or name an organization — you're joining theirs. Your email is filled in for you; just add your name and a password (or use Google), accept the terms, and you're in.
