Ask the Assistant about your business
Get evidence-backed answers about your deals, calls, tasks, and jobs — with citations, timelines, and links to the source records.
Type a question into the Assistant the way you'd ask a colleague. It answers from your workspace's own records and shows you where the answer came from.
Questions it handles well
- Status and list questions — "which calls did I miss this week?", "which estimates are going stale?", "what tasks are overdue?" These return the matching records as a list you can click straight into.
- What-happened and why questions — "what happened with the Acme deal?", "why did we lose that opportunity?" These are answered from the activity and communication history, with the evidence shown.
How answers are presented
Depending on the question, an answer is:
- A short written answer for simple questions.
- A record list — each row links to the underlying record (a call, task, estimate, or deal) so you can open it directly.
- An evidence-backed answer — the answer plus an Evidence Timeline: the source records grouped by day, each with an excerpt, where it came from, how fresh it is, and an Open link. When sources aren't dated, they appear as citation chips instead. A Limited badge means parts of a source were hidden from you by permissions.
Honest answers only
The Assistant doesn't guess. If there isn't enough evidence in your workspace to answer, it says so rather than inventing an answer. Every answer is scoped to what you are allowed to see — two people asking the same question may get different results, just like the rest of the app.
Your daily brief
The dashboard's Today's Brief card is assembled by the same Assistant: missed calls, new leads, stale estimates, overdue tasks, and stuck jobs, with the priority items linked. Use it as the morning starting point, then ask the Assistant to drill into anything that looks off.
