Check-in on event day
Run the door with the check-in console — tap guests in, scan their QR codes, and watch the live count.

On event day, open the event and hit Check-in in the header. The console is built for the door: fast search, one-tap check-in, and a live checked in counter against the approved list.
Three ways to check a guest in
- Tap the row. Search the guest by name and tap Tap to check in. The row flips to the checked-in time.
- Scan their QR code. Every guest's confirmation page includes a personal check-in QR code. Use the camera button to scan it — the guest is checked in on match.
- Paste the token. If a camera isn't available, paste the guest's code into the token field and hit Check in.
Who appears in the console
Only Approved guests (and those already Attended) are listed — pending, waitlisted, or declined guests can't be checked in, and the console says so if you try. If someone at the door isn't on the list, sort out their approval on the Guests tab first.
If something goes wrong
- A scan that matches nobody reports "No guest matches that code" — fall back to name search.
- If camera access is denied, use the token field instead.
- A network hiccup marks the row so you can tap to retry — nothing is silently lost.
