Once Vertiqa is connected, ask for the outcome you want in ordinary language. The assistant discovers the right Vertiqa records and tools, and every call is scoped to a Vertiqa organization you belong to. What the Vertiqa connection can do maps the areas it covers and how to restrict what it may change.

For a read-only question, say Do not change anything. For a write, include the exact record and requested change, then review any confirmation before it runs.

CRM examples

Show me the opportunities in the Vertiqa Pipeline that are in the Trial stage.
Use the pipeline and stage lists to resolve their IDs, then filter the
opportunities directly. Include deal name, value, owner, and current stage. Do
not change anything.
Which open opportunities have had no activity in the last 14 days? Group them
by owner and link each answer to the matching Vertiqa record. Do not change
anything.
Move the Acme Expansion opportunity to the Proposal stage. Show me the exact
opportunity and destination stage first, and wait for my confirmation.

Opportunity results include their current pipeline and stage directly. The assistant should not reconstruct the current stage from timeline events.

Project-management examples

Show overdue tasks in the Website Relaunch project, grouped by assignee. Include
priority, status, and due date. Do not change anything.
Summarize the Website Relaunch project: tasks completed, tasks still open,
blocked work, and the next three due dates. Do not change anything.
Create a high-priority task called Review launch copy in the Website Relaunch
project, due Friday, assigned to me. Show the proposed task and wait for my
confirmation before creating it.

Conversion Page examples

How many conversion pages do I have? Break the total down by status and list
each page's views, submissions, and conversion rate. Do not change anything.
Show source and step performance for the Contact Us conversion page. Call out
the largest drop-off, but do not change the page.
Compare submissions in the last 30 days with the previous 30 days for all live
conversion pages. Sort from strongest growth to weakest. Do not change
anything.

Conversion Page MCP operations are read-only. Use Vertiqa's Conversion Pages area to edit content, routing, publish state, or submissions.

Tips for reliable answers

  • Name the organization when you belong to more than one.
  • Name the pipeline, stage, project, or page rather than saying "that one."
  • Ask for source record links when you want to inspect the evidence in Vertiqa.
  • Keep destructive or customer-facing actions behind an explicit confirmation.
  • If ChatGPT does not see a recently added tool, ask a workspace admin to refresh and republish Vertiqa's app actions. In Claude, remove and re-add the connector when its address changes.
