Training progress dashboard
Track Google Classroom completion, overdue coursework, and stalled learners — and turn stalls into approved follow-ups.
Training Progress (the Training section in the left nav) shows what's happening across your connected Google Classroom courses: completion, overdue coursework, and stalled learners.
What's on the page
- Course completion — every active course with its completion percentage, assessable items, and learner count. Search by course name.
- Overdue coursework — coursework past its due date, with how many learners are overdue on each item.
- Stalled learners — learners with overdue items and no recent activity. This is the list worth working: each row shows last activity and overdue count. Learners not linked to a CRM contact are badged Unmatched — they're always shown, never dropped.
- Learner detail — click a learner to see their coursework state, lateness, last activity, and grades (read-only).
- Connector health — the Google Classroom connection status and recent sync runs. Org admins also get a Purge synced data control here that deletes everything Vertiqa has synced for the connection (your data in Google Classroom is not affected).
Trusting the numbers
If a connection needs re-authorization or hasn't synced recently, a banner says so and the numbers are treated as stale — use Reconnect to restore syncing. Fresh-looking data is never silently served from a broken connection.
From stall to follow-up
Stalled learners can generate suggested follow-up tasks (for example "Follow up with a stalled learner"). Suggestions queue in the Command Center for Approve / Reject — a human decides every follow-up; nothing goes out on its own.
Full and Simple mode
In Full mode you get the complete dashboard described above. In Simple mode, the same page shows a focused Training progress card — how many learners have gone quiet on assigned coursework — with a Review training progress action into the details.
