Contract Summarizer · on the Vertiqa OS

Coming soon

Know what you’re signing — in plain language, with the risky parts flagged.

Vertiqa's Contract Summarizer will turn vendor agreements, SOWs, and carrier contracts into plain-language summaries with obligations, deadlines, and risk flags.

The problem it removes

Small businesses sign contracts they have skimmed: vendor agreements, carrier terms, client SOWs. The renewal auto-triggers, the liability clause surprises, the notice window passes unnoticed.

What it will do

The working definition we are building against — if it misses how your business runs, tell us before we ship it.

01

Plain-language summaries

What you're agreeing to, what you owe, what they owe, what it costs, and how to get out — on one page.

02

Risk and deadline flags

Auto-renewal clauses, notice windows, unusual liability terms, and unilateral change rights are highlighted for attention.

03

Deadlines become reminders

Notice windows and renewal dates extracted from the contract can become tracked tasks, so "we should have cancelled by March" never happens again.

The spine of every Vertiqa agent

Every agent runs inside the same system of record — bounded by what it remembers, what it is allowed to do, and what gets written down.

Memory

Works from your real history

Contract Summarizer will read the same governed timeline as every Vertiqa agent — your calls, notes, deals, and documents — instead of starting from a blank prompt.

Approval

You stay the decision-maker

Anything this agent drafts or proposes waits in your approval queue. It prepares the work; a human ships it.

Audit

Every run written down

Each run, artifact, and approval lands in the immutable audit log — so you can always answer what the agent did, when, and on whose say-so.

What this agent will not do

  • Not legal advice — the summary is an aid to reading, and material contracts still deserve a lawyer.
  • Never signs, accepts, or responds to a contract on your behalf.

Frequently asked

Is the Contract Summarizer agent available today?
Not yet — Contract Summarizer is in development on the Vertiqa OS. This page describes what it will do so you can tell us whether it fits how you work. Four agents are live today; see the full roster on the Agents page.
Will it act without my approval?
No. Like every agent on the Vertiqa OS, anything that leaves your organization or changes your records goes through a human approval gate. The agent prepares; you decide.
Where does it get its information?
From the same governed system of record as your team: your CRM, timeline, and documents — plus cited public sources where research is involved. It never gets raw database access, and every action is audit-logged.
How do I get it when it ships?
Talk to us. Early-access customers help shape the agent and get it first — and if this page misses something about how your business works, that feedback is exactly what we want before we build.

Want the Contract Summarizer agent first?

Early-access customers shape what we build. Tell us how this should work in your business — and get it before anyone else.
