Find the RFQ Generator in the Agent Library
What the RFQ Generator agent does and where you actually run it.

The RFQ Generator appears as a card in the Agent Library. The Agent Library is a catalogue — it tells you which agents exist and where each one runs. It is not a place you paste text and press Run.
Where you run it
The RFQ Generator works on inbound inquiries. Its card's action is Open Inquiries, which takes you to the inbound inquiry list.
- Open the inquiry you want an RFQ for.
- In the Draft Assist card, choose Draft Formal RFQ.
- Review, edit, and export the draft. See Create a formal RFQ from an inquiry.
There is no free-text entry point. The agent reads an inquiry thread, so the request has to be an inquiry first. If the ask arrived some other way — a phone call, a hallway conversation — create the inbound inquiry, then draft from it.
What the agent does
- Turns inquiry content into a sectioned RFQ document with scope and requirements.
- Marks unresolved specifics as TBD and collects them into a Missing Information checklist instead of guessing.
What the agent does not do
- It does not send anything. Every draft is gated behind your review.
- It does not promote the inquiry to a lead. That decision stays with you.
- It does not modify an existing RFQ — each run produces a new draft.
