When the RFQ draft is ready, export it as a PDF to attach to supplier emails or upload to procurement portals.
How to export
- Open the RFQ.
- Click Export → PDF.
- Vertiqa renders the PDF on the server and downloads it to your browser. Large RFQs may take a few seconds.
What the PDF contains
- Your organization's letterhead.
- The RFQ title, response-by date, and delivery target.
- Supplier instructions block (if set).
- The full line-item table.
- A footer with the RFQ ID — this is how supplier responses are matched back in Vertiqa.
What is not included
- Internal notes are excluded from the PDF.
- Activity history (sent, viewed, responded) lives in Vertiqa, not in the PDF.
Re-exporting
You can re-export at any time. The PDF reflects the RFQ at the moment of export, so if you edit the RFQ and re-export, supplier-facing copies should be re-sent or noted as revised.
