The account detail page is where you maintain everything Vertiqa knows about a company. Changes save against the account record and are visible to anyone in your organization with CRM access.
Tabs on the page
- Overview — core fields (name, industry, phone, website), the linked contacts list, and the linked opportunities list.
- Activity — emails, calls, and other touches against this account.
- Files — documents uploaded to the account or shared with its contacts.
Common tasks
- Update account fields. Edit in place on the Overview tab and save.
- Add a contact. Use Add contact in the contacts panel. The new contact is auto-linked to this account.
- Add an opportunity. Use New opportunity in the opportunities panel. The deal will appear on the pipeline kanban with this account pre-selected.
- Reach out. Use the email, call, or message composer to start a conversation. The activity will land on the Activity tab.
Tip
Tag the account with anything you want to filter on later — territory, account tier, vertical specialization. Tags carry through to reports.
