Tasks overview
Work your task list — switch list, board, and calendar views, filter by priority and status, and tick tasks done.

The tasks page is the cross-project view of work — every task assigned to you (or to your team, if you switch scope) in one place. The Mine scope opens on your own work (My Tasks); the All scope shows the team-wide view (All Tasks).
What you can do here
- Switch views — List, Board, or Calendar. List is dense and best for quick scanning or bulk completion; Board shows the flow of work by status; Calendar lays tasks out by due date (and works in both the Mine and All scopes).
- Scope with the Mine / All toggle — flip when you want a team-wide view. The page title changes to My Tasks or All Tasks to match.
- Group the List or Board — by Status, Project, Priority, Due date, or None.
- Filter by priority (Urgent, High, Normal, Low) and toggle Show completed; the Search tasks box narrows further.
- Tick a task complete inline (List view) without opening it.
- Create a task in any project — the New Task sheet asks for a title, project, status, priority, optional due date, and description.
- Open a task to edit, comment, manage checklists, or assign.
The stat cards across the top count open, overdue, due-today, and completed tasks for the current scope.
Priority
Tasks have four priority levels — low, normal, high, urgent — color-coded on cards. Use urgent sparingly; if everything is urgent, nothing is.
Tips
- Start each day filtered to "mine" + open + due-this-week. That's your to-do list.
- Don't stack tasks against yesterday's date. If something's overdue, either re-date it with a real plan or move it to a blocked column.
