Turn a form into a help-desk intake

Use the Create service tickets toggle on a conversion page so each submission opens a service ticket.

A conversion page can do more than capture leads — it can be a support intake form that opens a service ticket for every submission. This is how you stand up a "Contact support" or "Request help" form that feeds the service queue instead of the sales pipeline.

Turn it on

  1. Open the conversion page in Settings → Conversion pages and select the live page. The page must be published for intake toggles to be editable.
  2. In the right sidebar, find the Service tickets card and turn on Create service tickets.

When enabled, each submission opens a Service ticket from the captured inquiry — built for support and help-desk forms. The submitted message becomes the ticket description, and the ticket lands in Service → Requests for your team to work.

Service tickets vs. inbound inquiries

The same page also has a Create inbound inquiries toggle. They are independent, and the combination decides where a submission ends up:

  • Service tickets on, inbound inquiries off — a support form. The submission is captured and converted straight to a ticket. The underlying inquiry is taken off the inbound queue (status Converted to ticket) so it never clutters the sales inbox.
  • Service tickets on, inbound inquiries on — the submission appears in both the inbound inquiry queue and as a service ticket. Use this only when the same form genuinely serves sales triage and support.
  • Service tickets off — no ticket is created; the page behaves as a normal lead/inquiry capture form.

The inquiry is always captured first, so a ticket is opened from a recorded submission. If a conversion ever fails, the inquiry is still saved and the failure is visible to administrators — submissions are never silently dropped.

Tips

  • Only published pages have a stable public destination. Toggle intake on after publishing.
  • Pick a dedicated support form for Create service tickets rather than flipping it on a lead-generation page, so sales and support intake stay cleanly separated.
