HVAC dispatch
Today's scheduled HVAC jobs in one place — assign techs, kick off the next action, and lock the schedule.

The dispatch page is the dispatcher's coordination and follow-up view for today (a short window around the current day). It surfaces the jobs that need attention so the team can run from one screen.
Dispatch overlays your existing field-service system (ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro) — it gives you a coordination layer, it does not replace your FSM.
What's on the page
- Summary cards — the dispatch window, how many technicians are scheduled, and how many urgent stops need coordination.
- A card list of jobs, each card showing:
- Priority badge (low, normal, high, urgent).
- Customer and contact info.
- Assigned technician.
- Scheduled time window and service location.
- A next-action cue — a short hint for where the job is headed (assign a technician, confirm the ETA, send the invoice, collect payment). It's a coordination signal, not a button.
- A route overview panel with status counts (map preview is coming soon).
What you can do here
- Filter by status — Pending, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Invoiced, or Cancelled, each chip showing a live count.
- Create a job for the dispatch window.
- Refresh to re-pull the latest from the field.
- Drill into a job — click the job number for full detail, status history, and notes.
Tips
- Keep priority honest. If everything is urgent, the field team can't triage between them.
- Use the next-action cues to triage the morning — start with stops that still need a technician or an ETA confirmation.
- For backlog and longer-range planning, work from the jobs list, not dispatch.
