Action Console is the do-next lens on agent activity. The top of the page is a ranked list of outcomes the agent thinks you should act on; the rest is the evidence that supports each one.
Layout
- Action priority list (top) — outcomes ranked by urgency. Each carries an assigned owner indicator and a segment tag (CRM, Ops, Billing).
- Tabbed evidence (below) — supporting context grouped by source so you can verify before acting.
How to use it
- Read down the priority list. Stop at the first item you can act on.
- Open the evidence tabs to confirm the agent's read of the situation.
- Take the action — or reject the recommendation if the evidence doesn't support it.
Tip
If you're consistently rejecting recommendations from the same goal, that goal needs tightening — open it from the goals overview and adjust its filter or condition.
